7. AI ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND LIABILITY
The purpose behind our AI technology development focuses on delivering outcomes which maintain fairness while omitting prejudice between users. The systems driven by AI technology such as AlterHuman, purposefully deliver results, but they occasionally sense errors and latent biases and produce outputs that deviate from intended specifications. The learning capabilities of machine learning models extract patterns from sizable data collections, yet no computer system can ensure faultless execution throughout every scenario.
Potential for Errors
Automated voice interpretation happens with reasonable accuracy yet service users will sometimes experience translation and interpretation errors or misunderstandings.
Users recognise that artificial intelligence may generate misunderstandings of actual world facts or specialised domain specifications.
Unintended Biases

The AI-powered voice interaction service AlterHuman provides automation yet does not offer absolute reliability combined with accuracy nor adherence to policies or legislative and rule frameworks.
The outputs are provided “as is,” and you agree that any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content are your sole responsibility. 
Disclaimer of Liability for Commitments or Statements
During AI bot interactions, Edysor Technologies Pvt. Ltd. assumes no responsibility for statements and commitments made by its AI bot. Throughout the AI interaction, you will understand that all automated text outputs have no legal force to create contractual or legally binding commitments for the company.
Make independent decisions about the reliability of AI information because crucial business and legal details need experienced human evaluation.
Assumption of Risk
The use of all AI-generated results' potential inaccuracies and unreliability risks becomes your responsibility when you utilise the services.
You need to verify information whenever you have doubts about accuracy or legal compliance through independent means before taking action on the information.
If you do not accept the inherent risks associated with using an AI-based system, or if you are not in agreement with the limitations outlined above, you must discontinue the use of AlterHuman immediately. 

8. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates local, state, national, or international laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited uses of AlterHuman include, but are not limited to: 
Criminal Activities
Any action or communication in furtherance of planning or executing acts that violate criminal laws.
Malicious, Fraudulent, or Illegal Purposes
Engaging in fraudulent schemes, scams, phishing, or other malicious activities designed to harm the company or third parties.
Intellectual Property Infringement
Copying, distributing, or otherwise using any aspect of the Services in violation of third-party intellectual property rights or the Company’s intellectual property rights.
Defamatory, Harassing, Abusive, or Threatening Use
Using the services to defame, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others (such as rights of privacy and publicity).
Distribution of Unauthorized Spam
Launching or facilitating the distribution of unsolicited bulk messages or spam that could interfere with the normal operations of the service or the experiences of other users.
Transmission of Viruses, Malware, or Other Destructive Code
Uploading or transmitting any data, file, software, or link that contains or redirects to a virus, Trojan horse, worm, or other harmful component.
Gathering or Transmitting Personal Information Without Consent
Harvesting, collecting, or storing any personal information of other users without their express permission or using such information in ways not intended by the Service.

Ownership of User Content
You retain all intellectual property rights in any content (“User Content”) that you create or submit through the Services. AlterHuman does not claim ownership over your user content.
License to Company
By making User Content available through the Services, you grant AlterHuman a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Services.
User Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that the use of your User Content by AlterHuman does not and will not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party.
Monitoring of User Content
We maintain the right to inspect user content within the platform, though we don't need to execute this right. User-content violations will result in automatic removal or disabling provided by CT Assistant Network Corp. at its discretion, with prior notice being optional.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Company IP
Except for User Content, all materials, including, without limitation, logos, designs, text, graphics, images, software, code, data, and other files (collectively, “Company IP”), are the exclusive property of AlterHuman or its licensors. You do not acquire any right, title, or interest in or to the company's IP by using or accessing the services.
Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos appearing on or through the Services belong to AlterHuman or the respective owners of such marks. You are not permitted to use these marks without the prior written consent of AlterHuman or the applicable third party.
Feedback
The input regarding the services, including AlterHuman, is voluntary. Your feedback grants AlterHuman a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to incorporate your feedback into our products and services without any obligations towards you.

Customers must pay fees to access specific capabilities found within the services. Upon using our services, you agree to make payments according to applicable fees that are due promptly. All payments related to your purchase must be made in the defined currency at the registration time.
Refund Policy
No exception exists for fee refunds unless a specific statement accompanies the service that you are purchasing.
Taxes
When using the services, you must pay all applicable taxes and fees set by AlterHuman.
Billing Information
Maintaining accurate billing information with AlterHuman is both your responsibility and your duty. Your payment authorisation allows AlterHuman to bill your established payment method while charging standard recurring payments for selected fee-based features. When we cannot charge your payment method or your payment returns to us for any reason, we may block your access to our paid features.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
As Is, As Available
Users access "The Services" but do so under "as is" terms paired with "as available" availability, which excludes all warranties that exist under law. Specifically, in compliance with existing legal frameworks, AlterHuman chooses to explicitly or implicitly disclaim all active or implicit warranties, including merchantability and fitness for specific use cases.
AI-Based Nature
When you start using these services, you accept the fact that artificial intelligence drives their algorithms, but systems may produce unexpected results and errors or contain unanticipated biases. The AI output generation from AlterHuman does not give users any assurance about its reliability, accuracy or completeness.
Third-Party Integrations
Within the services, one can discover third-party applications and services that enable integration features. The company only accepts the responsibility for platform interface interruptions that impact AlterHuman's operation system errors or platform inaccuracies at the provider level. The terms insulating customers from liability when using third-party services can be found throughout these external policies.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Every service outcome from AlterHuman's services exists purely at the customers' discretion and risk. The services help create interactions, but you must exercise control and bear responsibility for all these interactions.
No Warranties Against Interruption or Security Breaches
We work to protect the security and integrity of our services. Yet, we do not make any guarantees about continuous availability with no interruptions and no viruses or errors while only providing limited error corrections.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Exclusion of Certain Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlterHuman, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or in connection with your use of the Services.
Liability Cap
In no event shall the total liability of AlterHuman, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors for all claims relating to the Services exceed the greater of the amounts paid by you to AlterHuman for the past twelve months of the Services in question or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Applicability
Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, AlterHuman’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
User Responsibilities
You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your use or misuse of the services and any consequences thereof, including any liability or damage you may cause to AlterHuman or others.
16. INDEMNIFICATION

Termination by You
You may terminate your account and stop using the Services at any time. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any accrued fees.
Termination by AlterHuman
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breaches of these Terms or suspected fraudulent or illegal conduct.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted. However, any licenses granted to AlterHuman regarding your User Content shall survive, as well as any sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations).

No Endorsement of User Activities
AI-based tools from AlterHuman function independently of content evaluation or platform usage at the user level. US users become solely responsible for meeting all applicable rules and regulations under this policy of neutrality.

User Responsibility for Backup and Data Integrity
You must maintain a regular backup system for 'use critical data along with records and logs that develop during interactions with the AlterHuman system. We do not take responsibility for data loss or corruption, even if the system contains errors, if users make mistakes or if another reason triggers issues.

Consequential and Punitive Damages
By accepting these Terms, you explicitly waive any right to seek punitive damages or indirect damages from AlterHuman relating to your usage of the Services. In jurisdictions that do not allow such waivers, our liability is capped as stated in the Terms.

Enterprise-level organisations should fill out strong data protection systems. Enterprise-grade security exists in the AlterHuman platform yet organisations remain entirely accountable to meet their GDPR data requests and other confidentiality obligations.
